ONLY when I turn left does this noise exist. It sounds like a combination of a fan blade hitting something with a clipping/clanging sound accompanied by a squealing sound like a bad belt.

I replaced the belt, but the noise still exists. Fluid is full and the steering does not bind in either direction and I have full power steering feel in both directions.

HELP!!!!
