83 K5 Blazer Stiff Suspension
I have an 83 K5 Blazer with a 4” lift with leaf springs and new shocks. The suspension on it is super stiff which makes it more difficult to drive since I’m just getting thrown all over the road. Bad steering and big tires don’t help, but I was wondering if there’s any quick ways to soften the suspension up a bit? The leaf springs on it seem to be way too heavy duty, there’s I think 6 leafs in the back and 5 in the front. Would I be able to remove a couple to soften it up a bit? The shocks are pretty new and seem to work well, but overall it’s just really stiff. Any ideas would help.
I’ll try to add some pics of the suspension once I get some.
