Default 87 K5 Skipping Problem

Hi Every one, I'm new to the forum and a new owner of a k5 blazer, well not exactly new, i've had it about 8 months now and been doing some body work on it and now I am having my first engine problem. the other day i was going down the road around 55 mph and I was at the point between decelaration and accelaration (excuse my spelling) when I felt some skipping in the engine. I gave it some gas and it stopped skipping and ran fine for the next few miles. I went on to my next stop and when I left there a little ways down the road it felt like one cylinder completely fouled out, I was near the house so I took it home. when I got in the driveway and put it in park I noticed it smoothed out so reveed the engine a few times and it sounded good. I put it in reverse and went to back out the driveway and it started again. It will idle smooth and run good until you put it in gear and that is when it starts skipping. I pulled all the plugs out today and plugs 1,3,5,7 seems to be a little wet with gas and plugs 2,4,6,8 was dry as a bone. This is a 350 engine with TBI. It has a hypertech chip and hypertech coil, Accel 8.8 mm 300+ race wires, accel distributor cap, and accel plugs. Would I be correct in assuming this might be an injector problem instead of a problem in the firing? And What should I look for with the TBI? I have no experience with these i like my old rochester quads.
