fluid coming outta dipstick tube?

ok so when my blazer warms up tranny fluid starts coming out of the dipstick tube. can anyone tell me what causes this?

my th400 blows fluid outa the dipstick tube sometimes but its driven hard and has been for a long time so im sure its worn. you might install a locking dipstick out of a newer truck
