Default overdrive not working

hey all, i'm new here and recently was given a used 1984 blazer K5 with a 350 that is in place of the 305. has a TH700R4 transmission and it will not shift in to over drive. 1 of the 3 TCC wires is hooked up and from what i gather its controling 3rd gear, but guessing the other 2 wires that where cut by the last owner control 4th gear. could some one provide me with answers as to where the other ends of the yellow and light blue wire is supposed to hook up to? all 3 wires are stoll hooked to the square 4 pin connector, just need to know what the other 2 plug in to and where. thank you.

heres some photos of my beast lovingly named against my moms wishes of me owning this...phoenix.

Default RE: overdrive not working

heh, thanks. ok i pulled out the wiring harness for the transmission and on post A is a green wire, the uncut one, post B is a light blue wire that is spliced in to another light blue wire with a black stripe and another plain light blue wire and both are hooked to the vacuun switch and on post D is the yellow wire that from what i've seen on the web is supposed to be on the vacuun switch and post A is the switched 12V source but post B is optional or something. if any one could please help me solve this issue....i'll throw love and kisses out to all of you.
