Default pulley removal

hello!
I'm driving a 90 k5. i saw this thread: https://chevroletforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=18171
and i was wondering if that's the way to remove my leaking steering oil pump pulley?

it is correct. you will need the pulley tool. most parts stores should carry it.

ok, but the only problem is that i live in Israel. and trucks like these are very rare in my country. and i can assure you i won't be able to find those tools here.
(i've been trying for the past two years to find a way to remove this pulley). anyway - do you know a site that i can buy those tools from it online, shipment is a piece of cake.
