Default th350 vaccum modulator and kick down.

Alright I've got a question...I'm helping my buddy with a 700r4/th350 swap in his 87 chevy pickup. We got the th350 in but i'm wondering how to hook up the vaccum modulator. The motor is a 350 with an edelbrock performer intake. Where and how does the vaccum line connect to this intake? Also whats the best way to adjust the kick down cable.

I believe my k5's th400 has a vaccum modulator but I spent a whole day covering that thing for the winter and I don't wanna un-do all that. As for the kick down cable, my 400 is all electric and my 700r4 burned up because I didn't have my tv adjusted right so I think its best if I ask how to set that up correctly.

I've done a little research and it looks like the vacuum modulator actually gets hooked up to the carb. I'm not sure where though, my buddy has a holley 670 cfm street avenger carb, the only vacuum port that i'm aware of is the port for the distributors vaccum advance. Is there another vacuum port on the carb?

And thanks for the advice mudmaniac
