Default 1997 Code p0113

What would cause this to fail? Air Intake Circuit High Input Has anyone had this problem before? Could it be the MAF? or wiring problem?

It indicates a problem with the IAT sensor. Could be the sensor, could be the wiring. You're lucky, that's the easiest sensor to change and they're cheap. You'll find it somewhere between the air filter and the throttle body.

GM Fixer,

For an even more explicit idea as to where this sensor is located, it is key #13 in this '97 Malibu Intake diagram

Cheers mate!
