Hello. I am new to this forum so I don't know where to post this so I thought I would try it here. Anyway my 2000 Malibu's turn signals and flashers don't work properly when I start it in the morning and when its cold outside (50's degree). The lights turn on and stay on but wont blink for a while, usually after driving some and the car has warmed up the they will blink when used. Bulbs, fuses are good. I don't see why the temperature at 50's would make a difference in it being able to work. Any ideas, thoughts, advice or similar problems you all might have?
