Default Headlamp not working

Hi- the right side headlight will not work. need some suggestions to check.
what i've done so far ; replaced low, high and turn signal bulbs-nothing! had friend check socket for power- there's power.
what i've noticed; only left side DRL working. high beam only works on left side and both low and high beam come on at the same time. also strange, when left high beam is on, right turn signal will not work. but, will blink very fast on dash display.
anyone have any idea ? i feel my luck will run out and get a ticket soon
thanks

Did you check for shorts in the wiring, fuses, and check for corrosion?

Someone else had mentioned fuses. Where do I find the fuse box for the lights? I don't think I still have the manual

What is the year and style (hatchback or sedan) car? It'll be at the following locations (depending on the trim and style of the car):

1) Right side of the car (passenger)
2) Middle (between the driver and passenger seats)
3) Under the hood by the battery compartment
4) In the trunk
