bought this week ago put in new battery worked fine twice then third start nothing not even a click. before taking to garage can you advise what might be the issue? have tried the 10min thing didn't work either. thanks

You need to check and verify the integrity of the battery cable connections...
make sure they are clean and secure at all points of contact, especially the ground....
If you find any swelling or a lot of green build up of corrosion on the cables they should be replaced...
Also check your fuses and starter relay...
