2005 Chevy Malibu
I have a 2005 Chevy Malibu with a 3.5 l engine. Coolant and engine oil Level is good but there’s a smell of like burning rubber coming from under the hood after driving for 5 minutes. When I stopped and lifted the hood there seems to be heat coming from the alternator/belt area. Any ideas of what this could be?
I’m a female with no mechanic experience and need help diagnosing and possibly determining the cost of repair.
