Tore out my dash checked blend door actuators on both sides, and both are turning, no clicking, and both blend doors seem to be functioning. I check all the fuses and none were burned out. I am stumped as to what could be wrong. Summer is beginning in TX and I drive 100 miles round trip to work, I need my A/C. Any ideas?

 

the actuator may be moving but the blend door may be broken. remove the actuator for the driver temp blend door and turn the spline on the blend door...your should hear the door thunk as it fully opens and closes.
