Question 2011 Malibu Ltz 3.6L problems

I have a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu Ltz 3.6L with 94k miles. As of recent it has been rough idling/ shakes violently while the A/C on and parked. It has also started to idle rough/shake while going uphill and will slightly overheat as well (slightly overheat as in go up to last white line before red). And as of today 8/6/19 it has stayed on after I removed the keys from the ignition, only once though. Can anyone please tell me what might be wrong with my car. It is my only vehicle between my wife and I and we have a 18mo old child. This vehicle is a MUST.

If you can run some OBD II codes.

I'd clean MAF sensor & TB. New air filter can't hurt. End-to-end resistance of all spark plug wires should be pretty close. If one is much higher, it's damaged & needs replacement. Inspect spark plugs.

A scan tool is required to know if it's counting up misfires & what the fuel trim is doing.
