Default 2015 Malibu Intermittent Cam Noise?

I recently changed the belt and tensioner as I thought the marble-like rattling I hear came from a bad belt or tensioner. Unfortunately I am still having intermittent rattle that increases with rpms. Doesnt make noise all the time. Sounds like inside cam cover?? No mil codes yet. I need to research this engine to see how to troubleshoot the noise. Any help is appreciated as I don't want to damage engine.

What engine does this have? You may want to remove the valve cover and check the chain guide. If it is like my 2.4 the black right side guide is notorious for breaking and putting slack in the chain.

That is right in the window! 140,000 seems to be a magic number.
