2016 Malibu key fob lost and long ways from a dealership.
I have a 16 Malibu and I lost the key fob and don’t have a extra. Idk why didn’t get one, but has anyone found a key fob that’ll work with this model? Also to self program at home? I’m miles away from a dealer to get it programmed.

The Malibu will program itself, but you have to have a working fob key or transponder key for it do so.

Okay cause I can get a new one but see if can program it myself instead of going to a dealer to be done I know the emergency key has to be cut there
