After the 3 months of Free Hot Spot / Wifi I signed up for 2 gig a month at $20. Ok a little expensive but it was with the car so I figured it would be ok as the whole family could use it and take some data off the phone service........ Well something is very hinky and supposedly OnStar has put in a ticket on it.

Issue -- purchased it on 8/4 at around 10am pacific time.... By 8/8 (4 days) I had used 2 gig????? I am sorry but I rarely use the 2 gig on my phone in an entire month and I am a big internet, email, music, and gps map user!!! And no one in the family does either - believe me I know as I am the one that sees the bill every month. And don't even go to "well did you give the password to anyone"...... No and no one in the family did either! There is no way you are going to convince me that I have used 2 gig of Data in 4 days. I want to see the line item entries, ip addresses, times of day, etc.

and there was one other issue during the 3 months.... I took someone in my car and they were able to hack into the hotspot without my password!!! Totally freaked me out so went to the dealer and supposedly they fixed it.

Has anyone else had issues like these? Would love to hear experience, possible solutions, options, ideas....
