We have a 2015 Chevy Malibu that has an intermittent problem where the AC switch does not work some of the time. It seems to be the exact same problem that caused GM to recall the 2013-2014 Malibu. The symptoms are exactly the same as those listed here: https://www.nhtsa.gov/vehicle/2014/C...DR/FWD#recalls.

We notified the NHTSA about it over a year ago but no response yet.

A tech at the dealership claimed it was just a loose wire on the back of the switch...

In the meantime, does anyone know how we can fix this ourselves?
