So long story short, in the past winter I tried to leave and when reversing I noticed my car struggled to turn, me thinking it's just my tire spinning on ice, I get out to take a look and notice my passenger wheel isn't moving at all but the driver's side still moves, it was working perfectly fine the night before.. without a car jack and removing the tire this is the best I can do for help
