i have 2001 Malibu v6 3.1

i have tested the electrical connector haveing issues with pin C instead of it reading .6 to .9 it is reading way above (5.0)

Also i am getting propper Voltage to pin (e) 11.9 volts DC when its disconnected from EGR but when plugged in it reads nothing.

Help????

 

For your Information (FYI) I figured out my Issue. somone who worked on this 01 Malibu before me had spliced the 5 wires that go into the egr connector. When they put it back together than Misxed up the wires. So when I was testing the Wires I was getting wrong readings.
