My 04 malibu maxx

I started to notice that when I am driving my car at 100 km hour (60mph)
that it starts to shutter , Im not to sure where its coming from but I think its on the front end, when I slow down to 90km hour it stops shuttering any ideals would be helpfull.

P.S. I still have my winter tires on it still.
