find a power distribution diagram showing all the loads the fuse feeds. Start unplugging loads on the circuit until the problem goes away. When the problem goes away you have found the circuit to focus on.
you could run a headlight off the circuit to keep the fuse from blowing....when you unplug the short the headlight will glow brighter. they do make specific tools for this...amp hound is one i think.

The one I circled is the one that doesn’t have any power I’m thinking this is the one connected to the starter is it?
