Unhappy Chirping front left wheel

So this chirping noise came from my front left wheel after I took off my summer tires and put on my all seasons. Been to the brake company they grinded the brake pads and machined the rotors. they goobered up the whole works. chirping still there took the car to a mechanic he replaced the hub bearing cost me $260 noise was gone for about a week and now it's back. I was told that it could be the axle but I don't think so car has 111,000 miles. the chirping starts right at about 15mph and stops at 35 mph I have spent HOURS trying to fix this problem but no one can come up with the solution....... if this continues I'm going to Subaru! someone please help!!! Oh and if we go through the carwash noise will go away for about an hour then it comes right back!

PROBLEM SOLVED!!! it wasn't the bearing or anything dramatic like tat. I got to listening to it and for some reason I just felt like taking the hubcap off you know the 5 spoke that GM puts on these cars and boom noise is gone. I inspected it to see if it was cracked or something and if you take the hubcap off around the edge of the cap there is a black plastic looking thing well part of mine is missing so i'm assuming with the weight distributing from turning the more pressure the more chirping but now that I took it off completely the chirping noise is no longer there! yay!!
