Default Fuel Problem 2002 malibu

Hey Everyone i have a 2002 malibu that wont start.It is getting spark
and i can hear the fuel pump surge when i turn the key on,try to start it but just turns over.I have not checked fuel pressure yet,but when i pull the spark plugs they smell like gas and some are wet with fuel.any help on this??

Ok i checked the fuel pressure and it is zero.but what is gettin me
is that you can still hear the pump cycle for a couple of seconds when you
turn the key to the on position.could it still be the fuel pump????

IM having the same problems with my 2001. Have you had any luck finding out what the problem is?

No I have'nt found anything else out. I will have to drop the tank just have'nt had the time so it just sits for now.
