I recently bought a 2008 Malibu Classic LT 3.5L V6 and am looking to find a K&N air filter for it. K&N did not list an air filter on their site for the 2008 with the 3.5L engine. Furthermore when I emailed them they told me that there was not a K&N filter that would work in my Malibu. I was under the impression that the 3.5L in the 2008 classic was virtually identical to the 3.5L in the 2007 Malibu. Does anyone know if the K&N for the 2007 model will work in the 2008 or am I stuck with a paper filter this round?
