Malibu LS 2002 Transmission Fluid
I'd like to check the transmission fluid in my 2002 Malibu LS but I don't know where to look. Could someone point me in the direction of a service manual?

Welcome to the forum.
The fluid level is checked with transaxle temperature of 104°F (40°C). Shift through each gear range, holding in each range for 3 seconds. Place the gear selector in Park. Leave engine running. Raise and support vehicle (vehicle needs to be level). Remove fluid level screw. Oil level should be even with bottom of the hole. Reinstall fluid level screw and torque it to 124 lb-in (14 N·m).
