Default Malibu Premier

A friend just bought a 2019 Malibu Premier with the understanding that it could be towed all 4 down behind his motorhome.
When looking through the manual he found a loose paper that said this was not true.

In his conversation with the head engineer of the transmission division, he was assured that the premier transmission was equipped with 2 hydraulic pumps and therefore was towable all 4 down.

What's the scoop from Chevrolet?

i would never tow a fwd vehicle with the drive wheels touching the road. i would trust the owners manual before someones "opinion" unless you can find it in writing i wouldnt tow it with all 4 down.

The owners manual says it is towable all 4 down. It was the extra paper that said otherwise.
