Default Misfire #1 cylinder

I have a misfire on #1 cylinder on my 99 Malibu 3.1 vin "m"

I checked spark with a spark tester and it appears I have spark. I'm not sure what's going on with this thing. I'm posting pictures of the spark plug which looks wet. Anybody good at spark plug diagnosis?
Thanks

you had spark at the plug cable...so swap plugs...does the misfire follow the plug?

I believe it will follow it, that plug is fouled. I wonder if I have a leaking injector. It did have a hard start condition before all this when the engine was hot.
thanks

Just to follow up what went down on my misfire.
I sent all my injectors to have them cleaned and rebuilt by mr. injector. His results showed injectors 1,2, and 3 leaked and 1 being the worst and he could not stop it from leaking. So I replaced number 1 injector and spark plug and the car runs great.
thanks
