Default Nebraska Arbitration Assistance on Malibu

I have a 2011 Chevy Malibu that I purchased in July 2011. The car was a loaner car for the dealership prior to me buying it (at 4,411 miles) and went into service November 2010 (which is when the warranty starts).

I've kept fairly quiet about my car's behavioral problems, but it has become such a problem that I am close to pursuing legal action. Here is my car's service history:

Born July 20, 2010

10/20/2010 - 8 Miles - Complaint: Airbag Rediness Light On - Solution: Reprogram SDM
11/17/2010 - 766 Miles - Complaint: SES Light On - Solution: Put dielectrical grease on all terminals and fixed loose connection at underhood electrical center.
12/13/2010 - 1691 Miles - Complaint: Check Engine Light is On - Solution: Replace O2 Sensor
01/12/2011 - 2495 Miles - Complaint: Check Engine Light is On - Solution: Checked codes P0171 - Checked scan tool data. Fuel trim at 1-3%, checked freeze frame records, code sets at idle. Replaced both Mass Air Flow sensor and Manifold Absolute Sensor due to check engine light only comes on about every 800 miles. Test drove 30 miles, all ok.
03/28/2011 - 4005 Miles - Performed LOF, vehicle is taken out of Loaner Car Service Program
03/28/2011 - 4005 Miles - Complaint: Repair Front and Rear Cover - Solution: Repaired
06/11/2011 - 4411 Miles - I Buy The Car
07/18/2011 - 6502 Miles - Complaint: Due for GM Maintenance - Solution: Maintenance Performed
08/08/2011 - 7218 Miles - Right Front Tire is Leaking - Solution: Screw found in tire, customer declined repairs. (I had the tire plugged at a local tire shop instead)
12/08/2011 - 12,833 Miles - Complaint: Check Engine Light On - Solution: Mass Air Flow sensor lost internal connection. Checked circuits at MAF sensor and tested good. Replaced MAF sensor for losing internal connection.
01/23/2012 - 15,300 Miles - Complaint: No Forward Gears, No Check Engine Light - Solution: No codes, remove transmission, disassemble to inspect low & reverse clutch OK, no clutch hot, unable to determine cause of no forward. Call TAN with diagnoses, replaced transmission control module and reseal transmission completely. Flushed cooler lines and reprogrammed TCM & road test. General Motors visual inspection performed.
07/14/2012 - 22,102 Miles - Complaint: Check Engine Light is On - Solution: "Parts Ordered" (I was told the O2 sensor had been replaced)
08/13/2012 - 23,XXX Miles - Complaint: Check Engine Light is On - Solution: Replace O2 Sensor

08/15/2012 (Today) - 24,000 Miles - Check engine light is on... again. Car is going in for service as soon as my service guy calls me back. I attributed the car's attitude problem due to it being a rental car and being beat, but after seeing there were problems with it, many the same, before I bought it, I'm now more inclined to sue.

Nebraska's Lemon and Arbitration Law's general information is listed here. Now, I can't claim lemon because the car is over a year old, however I'm hoping I can still get somewhere since the car is still under warranty and is under 2 years old (warranty-wise).

I have no idea where to start, who to talk to, if I should get a lawyer, etc. Any assistance would be appreciated.
