I bought a 2001 Malibu yesterday with 118k on it I had it checked by a mechanic and he said it looked good and the engine was sweet. Today I get in the car and its raining outside and when I turn the wiper switch on the ignition nothing happens. What is weird is if I pull it back to clear the windshield it works fine but nothing happens from changing the speeds on steering wheel control arm. Ideas or thoughts?
