Default No crank no start weird stuff going on.

Ok first off thank you to any and everybody that helps me try and figure this one out. I have a 2014 Malibu ruffly 168,000 on the ticket. Ran grate no major issues till the battery started to die. So I replaced it, then out of nowhere the thing won't start, nothing not even a click when I try and start it just the dash lights go out except for the lights around the air control panel and the lights up above by the sun roof. But if I have the key in acc and try and turn on an interior light by hitting the button those lights will go out the ones I just mentioned stay on when trying to crank. The key fob does not unlock all doors anymore just the drivers door, and the alarm itself is non existent the trunk will still open via remote. I've tryed all the security key stuff with the 10 min off then back on wait 10 min all three different variations have been thoroughly tested to no avail. The key gets hot if you try multiple times to start it and I swear once I thought I heard the starter try and turn but I might have just been hearing things at that point. Checked all fusses. Help I'm gonna get towed here soon been sittin way to long in the same spot. Any ideas will be thoroughly tested.
