Occurring code P2138, Replaced the the pedal assy. Drove about 200 miles and the same problem occurred with P2138. Cleared code another 200 miles and a code again. Dealership keeps saying it is a defective pedal switch. Took the new one back to the Zone and they replaced it free of charge. Installed and this one made it to 300 miles. HELP!!

 

you're using autozone parts? Get an OEM app/pedal assembly if its actually been diagnosed as the problem

 

Actually Advanced auto but I should have known better--thanks for a nudge in the right direction, made in China is never a good idea. I should have ordered OEM off line for the same price about a hundred. Thanks again. Lee
