Default Radio is on crack!

I have an 04 Malibu with a radio that has a mind of it's own. It turns on, turns up, changes CD's, and stations when ever it feels like it. I have had 7 different radios put in from the dealer ship and they all have done the same thing.

Any Thoughts?

It does more than just change volume while driving. I can turn the car off and start back up and the volume will be different, the station could be different or it could be playing a CD. It would be nice if it was as simple as the SVC setting.
