Hello and thanks for reading. My wife drives a 2008 Malibu Classic and currently does not have an auxiliary import to plug in her iPod. Well, now she wants one and since her birthday was a few months ago, I told her I would look into this.

Instead of spending the money on an aftermarket radio or attachment, I am wondering if I just bought a GM radio that has one on it and switched them out. I would like to not have buy any aftermarket, as she does not want to do that, and if she is happy, I am happy .
