Default Stop/Start technology being too sensitive

Hi first time posting, so excuse any unclarity. I have noticed the start stop function on my car has become hyper sensitive. Even lightly holding down the break pedal will turn the engine off. So my engine shuts off pretty much at every red light now. I had this happen once before, but it was the battery that needed to be replaced. That was only a year ago. I was wondering if anyone had any explanation? I’m getting concerned that one of these days my car just won’t start back up. Thanks in advance!!

Probably can be adjusted(?)
my Cruze is auto-shutting off more right now that it's hotter out.
It didn't auto stop all winter,

but since mine is acting the same, it seems normal
