Default Transmission Issues

Our company bought a fleet of 5 2011 Malibus. 3 out of the 5 have been in the dealers shop for a total of over a month. The dealership was gracious in giving us one loner but it's really starting to wear on everybody to be short cars. The issue is the transmission. It starts out when the transmission is warm it will start to slip, not shift or shift hard and eventually fail. The longer this goes on the shorter amount of "warmth" it takes for the tranny issues to start. Does anyone know what the issues with these transmissions is? The Dealership really doesn't. I am in no way bashing this dealership as they have accommodated us about as well as they can. Yesterday they said they were going to contact GM about getting us new transmissions. GM is going to have their hands full with this issue. If anyone has had this issue and figured out what was causing it and fixed it please let me know.

what engine and trans options does each car have?

what are the vehicles being used for? Severe use?

The reason I ask is we sold a fleet of cobalts to the parking authority. The constant start and stopping that these car endure is horrendous on the transmissions; on a model that never has trans problems.

6 speed, 4 cylinder engines. You need to do a Google search and you will see thousands of people complaining about these transmissions. One website has a thread over 15 pages long. It's a good thing for the consumer there is a 100,000 mile warranty on these transmissions.
