I have a 2010 Chevy Malibu, and for some reason the 2 or 3 studs studs on my front wheels wheel keeps breaking. I actually had my front left wheel fly off one time because of this problem. Pep Boys can't seem to find why the problem keeps happening.

 

Was the car new, or original when this first happened? If not, when you install the new lugs, is there any tolerance within the stud body, and rotor?

 

Did you ever find the problem? I am having same problem.
