When I turned off the engine of my 2015 Chevy Malibu, I'm getting this high-pitched whine that lasts for a few minutes. The whine stopped when I decided to turn the ignition key on and turn the lights on. (Just experimenting to see what would stop the whine.)


The low rumble you hear from the video link below is coming from outside traffic.


Any suggestions what the whine is?


The whine happens every so often, but not every time I turn the engine off.
