So I recently just used my car and it’s a 2022 Chevy Malibu ls and I went to go somewhere 3 hours later and these wires were cut and I have a reduce engine power warning! Help is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else? I also found a brownie right by the wires as well weird!

That is a bad situation. You can splice all the wires back together as they are color coded. Solder them and use heat shrink tubing.
