I was doing research to find very specific wiring diagrams so I could disable my HIDs. I contacted my buddy at chevy and all he could pull up was a component diagram. Anyways, I figured I'd share this with you all. It only goes up to 1997 for all chevy models, but 1997-2003 they didn't really change anything for our cars. The only thing I can think of that is different is the speakers, interior dash trim, and stereos (I think changed in 2000).

check out the headlamps\fog light schematic. Thats pretty specific. And that schematic was the same that I looked at for the '98

 

I currently have in my possession the 2009 GM Service Manual, that I checked out of the Library if anyone needs me to look up anything. It covers: 2005 to 2008 GM Models of:
