Purchased our 5th vehicle (4th Silverado , 1st Equinox) in August 2015. The dealer basically told me about all these items on the new truck and even showed me them on one sitting on the lot (they had to get the one I wanted from another dealer in the state). Got the truck home and found out it didn't have any of the same options. Brought this up in a general survey from Chevy but never was contacted by the dealer. We got a small card from the salesman saying "hope you're enjoying your new truck". I also noticed that the truck had 153 miles on it when I took ownership. When I pointed this out their reply was well they will just start the warranty at 153 and not at zero miles. The other thing was the extreme pressure put on us to purchase the extended warranty and then make us feel like we some kind of idiots because we declined it. My wife and I have been discussing this since then and think we are going to stop a long time Chevy buying habit.
