I have a 93 Chevy 1500 that isn't firing, not sparking anywhere. Please help

 

Is this a sudden change? When our 93 Sub has done this (three times in 350k miles) it has always been fixed changing the ICM in the distributor. the 1st time, I could pour a little gas in the throttle body and get it to fire but the injectors were not working. Mechanic did changes the next two times when it stranded my bride.
