1997 lumina AC changes from face to feet

></o>When I accelerate hard or drive up a steep hill with the AC blowing on my face the AC changes to blow on my feet instead of my face. As soon as I get to the top of the hill or take my foot off of the gas so the strain comes off of the engine the AC goes back to blowing on my face. <o
></o>Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Would it have something to do with vacuum?<o
