Default 1998 Lumina upgrades

I have a few questions.
1. Can a Monte Carlo trunk lid fit on a 1998 Lumina? If so, what years? Will the lights be easy to hook up?

2. My lumina doesn't have a tachometer; but the engine is so loud sometimes I think it stalled! is there any way to put a tachometer somewhere inside that is easy to install? I have some car knowledge but it's not extensive. What would I have to do to get a tachometer in? [doesn't have to be part of dash cluster, could be auxiliary gauge]

1. No idea.
2. I wouldn't have thought it would be that hard. You just have to hook into the computer's rev information somehow. Give it a go--at the very least you'll learn something.
