Greetings all,

I purchased a really nice 2002 Lumina for my Daughter and have gone through the car with a hit and miss issues and think I have solved most but one has me stumped. When the engine is running I have head lights and tail lights on without turning them on. I don't think this is daylight running lights as this is low beam head lights and full rear lights as well. Generally DRL are only low beam lights and no tail lights. Can anyone put some light onto this issue and what needs to be looked at or replaced to get this repaired as it should be.

Thanks in advance for any ideas or useful information to lead toward a resolution to this issue.
