Car was sitting for a while and someone broke into it and stole the radio out of it. Now the only think the car does when I turn the key is the crank turns, it doesn't spit or sputter or anything, the starter kinds of wines, tried to jump start starter and that didn't do anything.

When I turn the key to on all the dash lights light up but as soon as I turn it to crank all the lights go out.

Help?
