One of the broken things appears to be the brake master cylinder. In this vehicle, the cylinder is directly attached to the ABS module, and it's inconveniently located far under the windshield wiper cowling. I've changed master cylinders before, but I've never done it with the ABS unit attached. Is there any special procedure? And, apparently, I have to bleed the ABS too. One person said I need a scan tool to do this. Does anybody have advice?
