Default Chevy 350 roller rockers loosening after setting

Seeking help and knowledge on tgjs issue im having. I have a sbc350 in an 88 monte carlo. My heads are aluminum 200cc runners 64 cc chambered & 600 lift with straight plugs. With 282°\290 with 535°/550° lift hydraulic roller cam. After adjusting roller rocker arms to the correct setting 3/4 turn to 1 turn out after sluggish movement on push rod, the car runa good for 5 minutes then some of the rockers start coming out of adjustment and clattering. The brand is Comp Cam 1412-16 magnum. If I go a little tighter on the nut, my exhaust valve stays open and it wont start. I've adjusted them twice and it has happened both times. The cam is brand new and should'nt be rounding off. Thank you for any help given in advance with answers and ways that can help with solving
