Default Does this 1976 Chevrolet Monte Carlo seem any good?

I'm looking for my first car. Got some great help in a another forum regarding a different car I was considering. Looking into some Chevrolets now, so I'm hoping there are some helpful experts here too! Is this 1976 Monte Carlo any good? It's 3997€/$5k

Chevrolet Monte Carlo, 7.5 l., coupe 1976-05 g., | Used cars | A14795 | autopluss24.ee

Looks decent. Apparently a new engine too. I was wondering if anyone would have ANYTHING helpful to add. Maybe a crucial observation from an expert? Also, anything regarding Chevrolets/this model/buying one...

Thank you
