Default Engine problems for monte carlo

I was wanting to get some info about my monte carlo . I start the car and it runs for a few seconds and then dies out . Some times when it dies out you can hear the compression in the engine . It is a 1995 monte carlo with a 3.4 L engine .

Well off on the rollback it goes . Were trying to keep the cost down by doing it myself . Will keep you posted on what the out come will be . It seems like after buying a new house every thing goes wrong . Lucky there is nothing wrong with the house .
